This halal eatery was picked as one of Taipei's top-10 beef noodle soup shops in 2007.One of the restaurant's most popular menu items is guo-qiao ("cross the bridge") beef noodle soup, made with thin slices of stewed defatted beef. It sells out early so evening diners will probably miss out. Make sure to also try the out-of-this-world tortillas ("jin bing") here.
